What affects your price?
Attic access
Easy attic access = less labour. Tight or no-attic situations may require more time to fish wires.
Ceiling insulation
Insulated ceilings require IC-rated lights and careful installation — adds minimal cost but is always code-compliant.
Ceiling height
Ceilings over 10 ft require scaffolding or extended ladders. Vaulted ceilings add complexity.
Panel capacity
Adding many lights requires available circuit space. If your panel is full, we'll let you know upfront.
